I love this! I am not sure when will be a good time for me to get going with it. What is the ROI percentage I should be looking for so it makes sense for me to invest in videos for my listings and hiring a viritual assistant. I am somewhat new and working on building my business.

Calvin, you mentioned you have a full time assistant you pay $110 per month. How many hours per week does this individual work for you, and what kind of tasks does he or she perform? I’m curious to know what kinds of tasks I could expect such a person to perform, ie, setting up blogs, making posts to the blog, writing and submitting articles, spinning articles, posting ads and listings on craigslist and other sites, etc.
