  1. Bill McKee says:

Thanks for the info on the TV ideas. My plan wasn’t to do “live” shows, rather record interviews of specialists and post them to my site. I”ve looked at lot of options, and this one seems to lead the pack.. http://www.vodburner.com/

records video and offers a lot of editing and related tools.

Check it out and let us know your impression.. interview the designer?

    Bill

  2. Two questions.

    1) What software do you use to edit video?
    2) Do you have suggestions on how to get the impact when recording a video testimonial.

    Thanks!

    Hey Johnny,

Here are my answers to your questions…

“What software do we use to edit video?”
Answer: we use Live Movie Maker or Camtasia. Go here to watch a free video that shows exactly how we use the editing software: http://localrealestatestar.com/blog/

“Do you have suggestions on how to get the impact when recording a video testimonial?”
Answer: I always like to take a tesimonial video when the customer is the most excited. For example right after they signed the closing docs. or after we signed a contract from a buyer, etc. Also I ask for specific results that they received from me so I can use that testimonial video to overcome objects other prospects may have. For example a lot of times people will just give you a good guy testimonial like “Calvin was such a good agent and we really like him etc.” where the restuls orianted ones will get you the best results like “Calvin sold our house in 3 weeks from when he listed it with his incredible Sold-In-A-Week home selling system. We had over 50 buyers through our house in one weekend and received 9 good offers etc…”

Hopefully those answers will help you.
