Craigs List has done a great lead generation for me. The first two weeks I had about 25 leads and all but 2 also answered the 2nd questions with criteria. I have been showing homes like crazy and built up my lead list to 200 now. I sign them up on the IDX from IDX Central and it separates the short sales and REO homes. I advertise the Homes list so they get a bigger list and don’t get so discouraged because the foreclosed homes list is so small they get multiple offers in our area. Our Craigs ads in our town keep them on 30 days so I cancel each week and make a new Title and copy the same ad each week. I keep getting about 5 leads a week and have great response. Thanks for the websites they’re the best thing I have found in 35 years being in real estate.

This system works. I’ve used it and I can vouch for how well this works. You’d be kinda dumb, if you aren’t internet savvy, not to sign up for this service. IT WORKS! I’m having to bring on another buyers agent to handle the inbound leads.
